Shipping policy

We want to get your Bumrs® to you as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Bumrs® to good use sooner.

Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed, as your order goes direct to the warehouse for picking.

All parcels we send out use track and trace facilities and does not require a signature on delivery by default. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

Bumrs offers free shipping on orders $100 and up in Australia. All orders under $100 will be charged a flat $10.00 fee as Standard Shipping or $15.00 fee if you have selected Express Shipping.

Shipping Times

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Shipping will be with either Australia Post or DHL, depending on the size of your order and delivery location. This will be indicated when you receive your shipping and tracking notification from us.
