My review today is about the exceptional customer experience I received when Aus Post lost my orderβ¦
I sent an email to BUMRs and received a response very promptly, which was not an automatic reply.. this was refreshing since these days we can usually expect automation, to add it was a weekend, I then received an unexpected follow up with what had been done to resolve , then yet another email to update me on the status of the lost order, this was followed by a lovely phone call which I was absolutely above and beyond exceeding all expectations!!

I brought these as a gift for my daughter, so she hasn't seen them yet, but I am so happy with the quality, look, packaging and value of what we've received. Without a doubt she'll love them, and I'm sure I'll find myself back for another purchase soon.
The service I received when I needed to change sizes was second to none! My daughter loves this top for her netball trials.
The shorts are so stylish yet comfortable. They are a nice sporty yet casual piece to have in the wardrobe. They are true to size and look great.
